Yeast Infection Tips And Information

Okay so log story short. Im 19. I'm pretty sure I've had this "yeast infection " on and off since September when I took antibiotics for a uti. I've taken the over the counter creams and also difuclan. Every time I have sex with my boyfriend I feel like it comes back.... I'm not sure if that's the reason but that's what I'm thinking. I know I don't have diabetes but do you think this means I have HIV? I've been tested for stds and am clean and my doctor told me I'm at an extremely low risk for hiv and I'm pretty sure my boyfriend has been tested for it unless he lied to me. I've been with him for over a year. I would really like to know of anyone has been through this or what I should do ? :( is it possibly Bv? I have a weird chunky ish discharge that doesn't come out but I can scoop out with my fingers ( sorry) has no odor and I've done the vagisil screening kit and my ph is normal. Please help!!

If your yeast infection was caused by antibiotics: Drink plenty water. Keep clean and dry your vulva but don't use soap. Avoid hot baths. Eat two cups a day of plain yogurt. Don't wear tight and nylon panties. After washing your panties, iron them. If your yeast infection has another causes, see a doctor, don't medicate yourself.
