A few weeks ago, I found myself too engrossed in my first round of finals to do laundry. I got stuck wearing thick cotton and spandex sweater tights for a few days without anything underneath, and came down with some itching and burning, fast. It was really intense for a few days, and then, as I got back into normal clean clothes and a better routine, it got much better. I went from freaking out about what seemed to be my first yeast infection to thinking it had gone away nice and easy, just because I'd started eating yogurt again and drinking tons of fluids. However, weeks later, right before bed I get a lot of itching. I've been having issues with dryness and painful intercourse, too, and I'm thinking the yeast infection is still there, but less severe. I'm on the pill and due to go on my period in just a few days, and I wasn't sure if that was going to have any effect on treatment, or whether I should just wait for my system to cleanse itself? So are there any ways to shake the infection fast, preferably that I can manage without dropping $20 on Monistat? I don't mind doing that. I'm not sure if this counts as advanced, since it's gotten so much less severe, but it's definitely still going on, and I want to prevent it from spreading. I've never had a yeast infection before, so I'm honestly not sure how to handle it. Tips? Please?

I thought I had a yeast infection on Thursday and on Friday I got the 3 day treatment the cream and capsules. I had soreness, I was really itchy and my vaginal opening was really irritated.. So yesterday was the last day of the treatment and my Urethra is still a little sensitive but everything is feeling better it hasn't been that itchy today and I'm still a little sore but I think its gone.... so I'm not using the the creme because I'm not that irritated.. so when can I have sex?

i took monistat one day, the one with the little pill egg thing, not the cream.now this greenish thick stuff is coming out, it doesnt smell at all, but it soaked through my shorts at work only a little leaked out over the night. is this the medicine leaking out, or do i still have the infection?my vaginas a little tiny bit swollen...should i buy another one??

i have been reading online almost everyday since the day i figured out i had a yeast infection, which was 5 months ago ' i have tried everything from the store and doctor TWICE and i just started taking oregano oil a few days ago. ive been taking more 8 billion probiotics everyday and just recently started taking four or five 8 billion pills a day. it is not helping. but the other things kind of did. i only had two days out of the five months where it was gone and i thought i was finally free from this. i am considering buying raw apple cider vinager the mothers kind because i got the normal safeway brand before and it didnt really help. idk if i should just get acidophilus pills or tea tree oil or graepfruit seed extract? pleaseeeeeee help you have no idea how much it will mean to me... ive been crying almost every daythanks everyone ill try what you guys suggested.
