I noticed 5 days ago things weren't right...which was Wed. So, on thursday I went and he said it was a yeast infection, and he gave me a prescription. By Saturday, I am still dying, so he also gives me a steroid cream. It's sunday night, I have zero relief....what in the heck is going on? I was on a new birth control, which I am sure caused this. Has anyone had a long lasting yeast infection? I also bought some probiotics from the health food store too. It itches and burns and is super uncomfortable. Please help. How long does this last?

i havent had one before, but i'm POSITIVE this is what i have. its gross but my discharge smells like yeast, but its not a strong smell. and the discharge isn't excessive but its chunky. currently im using azo yeast tablets 3 times a day, and i've been taking them since monday. i still feel the itching and burning and its driving me crazy has anyone else used the tabs? how long did it take for them to kick in?
