So about a month and a half ago I had a yeast infection and I healed perfectly fine with monistat7. so last thursday i realized that i had a yeast infection. i had itching, burning, and then i noticed the white, lumpy discharge. so i called my doctor and was prescribed a one dose treatment for it. i took it that day and here it is saturday and my symptoms have not even improved. in fact, i think they are worse. the white discharge is now yellow and it itches not only on the outside but on the inside too. i know that i need to actually go in and see my doctor but i wanted see if any other girls have had something like this before and what they had to do. it is very uncomfortable and i cannot see a doctor until monday anyway. also, could it be the toilet paper im using that caused it? recently i bought a different kind than what i normally use, a really really cheap kind, and wonder if that could be the cause. thank you.

hi im twelve and i have a yeast infection. I have tried three different pills and three different creams. on the first time i did the cream i couldnt find where to put it so i just put it around it. On the second time I found where to put it and i did a 3 day treatment instead of a 7 day and the buttery stuff kept on falling out. the third time i stopped halfway threw it and started putting it outside because the doctor said. It still hasnt stopped and the burning feeling is hurting a lot. i havent started my period. I am also getting a creamy colored mucus. i learned online that drinking buttermilk should help. and lots of yogurt. i know its a yeast infection because the doctor took a swab test and put it under a mycroscope and said he saw lots of yeast. its also really red down there. i have had this for two months and it still hasnt gone. i really need help. please respond.

I took the 1 day treatment last saturday and the burning has stopped and the swelling inflamed but the itching is STILL there i shower everyday and clean it very good rinse it as well I am a diabetic i was taking antibioticits more on the inside of the pee not so much on the outside.i try not thinking about it but its getting harder and harder please PLEASE help me thanks,XeniaSaur

I had a yeast infection in october. My normal discharge is all the time 24 7 so much that i have to wear a pad everyday. white and smelly dries a darker color. I always thought i had an infection. Bacterial maybe because it doesnt seem normal to have discharge all the time that isnt clear and filmy. After i treated my yeast infection my discharge was clear and more film like. maybe thats what normal discharge is supposed to be like? i was very itchy before i treated it. Right now I'm very itchy and white discharge. when i had a yeast infection before it smelled like sweet yeast surprisingly better than my normal smell. I think its beginging to get that yeast smell back.Do i have a yeast infection now? am i getting one again? what should i do? treat it again with the same kit but take better care of my vagina after? Is there any at home remedies? I hope it doesnt just keep coming back. Maybe i just always had a bacterial infection triggering the new yeast infections. Last times infection was my first. Maybe it's the damp environment down there because it always is. help what do you think it is?
